Service & Measure Technician
SERVICE & MEASURE TECHNICIAN (BURLINGTON, NC)
If you measure twice because getting it right the first time is just how you're built, keep reading.
We're Leap Windows & Doors, a family-owned NC company that has earned the trust of Triad and Triangle homeowners by doing things the right way. Leap was started on one principle: we do what we say we're going to do, when we say we're going to do it. That principle runs through everything, including the people we send into customers' homes. Our Google rating sits at 4.9 stars and our BBB rating is A+.
We're hiring a Service & Measure Technician to protect that standard in the field.
What you'll do
This role has two jobs, and both come down to precision and trust.
On the service side, you'll visit homeowners to diagnose and resolve issues with installed windows and doors: hardware, adjustments, glass, seals, and minor repairs. You'll fix it right, ideally on the first visit, and leave the customer confident they chose the right company.
On the measure side, you'll take the measurements every order depends on. Each window and door is custom-built to your numbers, so there is no room for “close enough.” You'll also sit with the customer and verify every detail on their order before it's placed: models, colors, hardware, glass, and how each unit operates.
Accurate measurements are the single most important part of this job. Get them right and the project goes smoothly. We take that seriously, and so will you.
